A few things you forget or overlooked. Laskshmi Mittal paid $230 million for a house in Kensington Palace Gardens right around his house that he paid $128 million for. Also the penthouse at One Hyde Park is $166 million.

Sydell Miller’s La Reverie is 84,626 square feet, located at 1415 S. Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach Fl. Let me know if you want pics.
FYI: 515 N County is 81,000 square feet spread over 4 buildings (main house, pool house, tennis pavilion/guest house, carriage house). La Reverie is one structure.

That and Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water are my 2 favorite homes in this country.

on the spelling video, it says that the manor is the largest in los angelas….i thought that that one house that was for sale in beverly hills for 165 million was 77,000 square feet total….am i wrong?
yeah, but it’s the largest single family dwelling.

Who owns the Oheka castle? if the man who built it owns it he would probably be 100, since it was built in the early 1900s.
