Holy Mother of God. I am speechless. This has to be the most amazing estate I have ever seen in my life and this time I mean it. It is magical, exotic, breathtaking, jaw-dropping….any other words? A massive oval shaped pool of emerald blue water surrounds the entire estate. It has a long driveway with diamond shaped motor court, two gardens, and a huge swimming pool/fountain? area on the other side. What more could you ask for?!! It’s like living on your own resort. I wonder if the water is shallow or deep. How cool would it be to swim in that! I am dying to learn more about this home. It is located in Naranja, Florida.

What do you think about this one? It is waterfront house in the fashionable suburb of Djursholm, which is outside Stockholm.  It was built in 1905, and totals about 945 sqm, approximately 12,268 sq ft.  The waterfront lot is approximately 0.94 acres. Room for heavy-weight boats up to 140 tons, according to the property description.

The owner  has spent a lot of money restoring this house.  It offers a classical “old world” interior. This is not for the one who wants a modern palatial residence, but if you like the old style, this might just be your favorite new home. Foreign diplomats like these kinds of houses. My family went to Maui, Hawaii a few years ago and we briefly looked at some properties while we were there. Tony here! A friend sent me this in an email yesterday so I did some digging around on it later. I give you the WHY Yacht. Yes, it’s really called the WHY. I don’t know why but, to avoid getting into a Who’s on First discussion, let’s just skip to some details.

The 1st deck consists of a kitchen, dining room, theater, massage room, piano lounge area…and a TREE. I really like that tree! 2nd level has 5 guest suites and a library. The top deck is the “Owner’s Deck” and consists of the master bedroom, office and captain’s area, a wrap-around pool and spa. Apparently the solar panels on top allow it to save over 200 tons of diesel fuel a year.

Some may think the interior design is a bit bland but bear in mind:
