Hello again from Michael.

This is a new construction. The address is 150 Kings Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. You get a total of 7,000 sq ft and there is 6,200 of living sq ft.  The lot measures 100X143 feet. It is described as the finest French estate and it is being built by a company called Euro Homes. There is very little information available on the internet. But one good thing is that there are floor plans available. Click on the plans to see them in large format. I can see that the house pretty well-planned. The house sits close to the ocean, but seems like there is not really any good view of the water, which is sad. Price for the land is 3.75 million dollars and for the pre-construction an extra 6.95 million.
