aaahhh.. sweet cherry hills village.
haha, how’d you guess?
I grew up in cherry hills. Boy how things change once you’re kicked out of the house!
If you like the area, check out 4800 S Holly St. It has the BEST garden maze you’d ever see, THREE full mansion guest houses on the property, etc. The owner was a Pepsi exec. You’ll love it!
oh yeah that’s right. I think you told me you did before. okay, I’ll check it out now!
it looks bigger than it is-:)…i hope so.
by the way i have a question: does anybody know the average price of an mansion in beverly hills and bel-air? i mean not these monsters like spellings “manor” or so, i mean stan laurel, jimmy stewart, charlton heston or something like this…these are not megamansions…
i’d guess $10 million.
Yeah, that seems about right.
All the people who voted for 18,000+ or 15,000+ you are way off. It’s the 13,000+ one, I’m good at these things people. Trust
yes stewie,… the car is the key to the secret!-:)
yes but it appears to only be a 2-story home and the description says 3 levels. that means there’s a basement we can’t see adding to the square footage.
Good point there Tony. I’m still going for the 13,000 one though. It could be more but I definitely don’t think it’s the 18,000 one. But yeh we don’t know how large the basement is so it’s anybody’s guess
The answer is…………15,377. Almost half of you got that right!
