This is one of my favorite estates located in the ritzy Bel Air section of Los Angeles, CA. It is located at 10664 Bellagio Road and was built in 2003. The grand, 20,000 square foot mansion boasts 8 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. The interior decor is impeccable and extremely tasteful. It’s a timeless and sophisticated estate that is perfect for the most discerning buyer. It is listed for $50,000,000.
Guy and Tani Hackbarth were the original owners/builders of the home and sold it to Bren Simon in 2006 for $27,500,000. Bren Simon is the widow of billionaire Melvin Simon who owned Simon Property Group, Inc (the largest public U.S real estate company and builder of many of the nation’s malls)

50 million for 20,000 sqft you have got to be crazy!! this should be 35- 40 million.
well price issues aside, i think its an awesome house with great interior design and sweet detailing
Beautiful home, great location.
Too bad there are not too many people spending $50 million these days from a home.
I see the seller suffers from the LA retarded seller syndrome where they think they can sell the house for double when homes are worth half.
Good luck with that….
I don’t think the home is worth more than $20 million personally.
haha that made me laugh
Venom, you do know how to turn a phrase.
Thanks George, lol.

What a magnificent mansion!!!It is overpriced but the location and the interior justify the price.
The exterior is fantastic. The interior details are exquisite. The rooms are decorated very tastefully. There is no room that I don’t like from this masterpiece.
Perfection at it’s best!
Exactly. What I don’t get is why do these filthy rich owners place their homes on the market for insane asking prices when they don’t really need the money. Why waste time and let the house sit on the market for years when they could just sell the home for a million or two more than they paid for. They don’t need an extra $15-$20 million. Then they can just go on with their lives and purchase a new home.
Very right observation Kenny.
