All I can say is WOW!! Thanks to a Homes of the Rich reader for the tip. I can find nothing wrong with this home, it’s just so beautiful! I am in love with this house! The only thing that could make it better is if it was in Beverly Hills and had a view of the city.

YEEEEOW!!! Where do I begin? I mean, this is NOT just a “house”, it’s a ROYAL-FREAKIN’-PALACE…..but ya’ know what, you guys? Even if I could afford TWO houses like that, I would NOT want them…….it’s simply HUGELY and UNBELIEVABLY OVER DONE!!! Maybe it’s my age (I’m 48), or my sense of proportion/shape/color and, MOST importantly, USEFUL FUNCTIONALITY. To say that this house is over the top, would be like saying the Titanic is under JUST A LITTLE water! Think about it…..EVERY possible inch of the house has, really, waaaaaaaaay too much goin’ on, although everything in it has obviously been done with the best of materials. But, just psycho-overload to the MAX.

This house is exquisite and is located in one of the best looking areas. If this was in Beverly Hills, I think the asking price would be at least 10 million more.

it`s very beautiful and it`s different from the other megamansions, it`s unique….especially the “wow” movie theatre and the gym (with carpet!)….but i miss life in this mansion, it has a cool touch and there are some things that i don`t like, for instance the green and orange curtains-:), not enough green in the back garden, some furniture are not my style, too old-fashioned…but i complain at high level.

I am a huge fan of nice house…. I am a bigger fan of nice garages. That garage is unbelievable and underground! glass elevator = amazing. kitchen = amazing. theater 1 and 2 = amazing exterior landscaping and layout is awesome and the whole fitness center……………awesome.

if the whole house was a little bit smaller and in DC, it would be the perfect house for me. just love that garage!

Oh wow, you guys saying this house is over-the-top, I honestly think it is too under-done in certain areas :D, the walls just look to plain in a few areas for a home of this magnitude. However, the overall design of it is very very nice.

I wish someone would create a home with a giant library though!

This house is simply awesome!!! I can’t say there is much I don’t like about it. I have loved the exterior of this house…ever since you posted a bird’s eye view of it back on Sep 16th. I’m even more pleased to see all the interior pics. I wonder why they are selling? It said the house was built in 2009. I guess they either built it with intentions of selling it…or they ran into some money trouble? Either way…great post Kenny!

    Absolutely magnificent home.
In a sea of overpriced homes this looks worth every dollar of its asking price, maybe even more.

In about 10 mins when the Powerball is drawn, I will know if this will be my new home. lol

This has to be one of the most impressive mansions I have ever seen!!!Extraordinary mansion from every aspect.I love the French Normandy style exterior. The interior is also designed very well without errors. The decoration is truly exquisite. The gym room is probably the best I have ever seen! The garage is also extraordinary, although I wouldn’t want the entertainment room to be in the garage.

    A MASTERPIECE: 10/10.
