I was looking at the Indianapolis area on Realtor.com and came across this listing. HAHAHA!! I never knew Avi Arad moved his Beverly Park mansion to Indianpolis! Something is really wrong with the person who did this. Everything about this listing is messed up. 1 bedroom and 8.5 bathrooms…really?!!

thats denzel washington’s house
no, it’s not. that’s a common misconception. I first thought that when I first saw the home. A website first stated that it was Denzel’s house and then everyone started thinking that. Denzel Washington actually lives in a house down the street. This one belongs to Avi Arad.

it also says that the home is on 0.23 acres……
This is actually a home in the Beverly Park neighborhood of Beverly Hills, CA and not in Indiana.
How about that it’s listing is only 1 bedroom. Yeah right, for a mansion like that!! I don’t think so.
I bird’s eye viewed what IS at that address and it appears to be a church or something.
Now thats a mansion, Please show us more Beverly Park homes their the Best!
You have to understand my idea of a nice mansion is
Ira Rennerts house in the Hamptons
haha same with me man. The bigger the better!! I know that seems kind of disgusting to some people and that the homes are “eyesores”, but what I say to that is “get over it!”. You only live once, why not live grand!!
and you can always invite lots of freinds and family to live with you making it more efficient
I also recieved a picture of Denzel beside this house saying it was his. I knew it wasn’t.
Remember the biggest home in New Canaan, CT I showed you? 100 square feet! That’s an embarrasing realtor mistake.
the listing is correct! there was a huge f8 tornado, which sent this former beverly poark mansion to indianapolis…and the rest of the bedrooms were lost on the way….also the inner pressure of the tornado destroyed most of the size and the price of the mansion…you see, nothing to worry about it:)
Actually it is correct…I saw them move the house from CA to IN on an episode of “Haullin House” on HGTV, lol
