You can finally see this home in bird’s eye view!! I was super pumped when guest blogger Al Robinson shared this info with me. I am in LOVE with this home, although I think the price is crazy. The next thing is to try and get a tour of this beauty! Who’s with me?!

This 32,000 square foot mega mansion sits just off of Closter Dock Road in the affluent suburb of Alpine, NJ. This home is situated on 5 acres and comes with a 250 foot long driveway, a motor court, ballroom, great room , conservatory, formal galleries, 3 kitchens, 4 stair halls, movie theater, full size indoor basketball court, wine cellar, exercise room, massage room , elevator, and last but not least, 8 bedroom suites and 13 bathrooms. It is the first house to be built in a subdivision of a dozen or so homes that are going to be priced at $30 million and up. This particular home went on the market for a staggering $42,500,000 about 2 years ago. Then, the price jumped to an even more mind numbing $52 million. However, the estate seems to be off the market now. After rejecting an offer around $36 million, the builder Richard Kurtz took it off the market and, we hear, plans to move in with his wife, Patti.

yeah, it is. This mansion was built right next to it. If you look at it in bird’s eye view you have to move it around a bit in order to see the home.

I love any mansion that uses wings in its design, who doesnt want to “say youll be staying up in the east wing, the west wing, the butler got lost some where in the north wing.”

From what I have seen New Jersey has the best looking mansions followed by a three way tie between atlanta, dallas, and houston.

this guy is a bum. he can build a house like this, on the back of his employees and sub contractors. he hasnt paid us in six months. I am finding out many of these rich pricks, dont pay their bills, and take advantage of sub contractors willing to work for $10 and $15.00 an hour. richard kurtz can suck my a**. this guy is such a numb nuts, he cant even decide wether to live in the house or sell it. what a wishy washy kunt. the way his organization works is terrible, and represents the man himself. no wonder kamson sucks. simple put, how would you like to work pay check to pay check, and then have your customer not pay for 6 months. if i were as rich as him and his family, im sure i could wait 6 months before thousnds if not millions finally came into me. but than again, i dont make that kind of money off the backs of poor men making 10 to 15 an hour. if you charge more, the organization uses its own slaves and will not hire you to do any work. fine, its the american way, but not to pay the poor men is shamefull when you have 68 million dollar project going on. Kurtz dont worry, i will keep checking the mail each day and eat carrots till you decide to pay us poor men. scumbag!
