The listing says 24,500 sq ft , the floorplans 21,000 sq ft. The listing says 9,945,000 the floorplan info says 4,350,000. Do you not love real estate agents.

this house is amazing! i even love the brown color scheme. just add some more ornate chandeliers and its pretty perfect
i didnt even realize the arena style tv screens over the pool table. this house is very well done and the floorplans show the house is very useable and the upstairs bar is awesome
Just saw this house on Teen Cribs. I’ve noticed alot of houses on that show are for sale or were sold after they appeared on it.

I went through this home during the 2008 parade of homes. All I can say is you have to see this home in person to truly believe how amazing it is. You can’t get a sense of how massive everything is without actually standing in it. The 55′ tall atrium is unbelievable. The decor is amazing. All the bedrooms are huge–like 700 sq ft. And the master is like 2500 sq ft. I could go on and on. And I haven’t even started on the bowling alley, sports bar, nightclub, theaters…
