I’m not much of a fan of the exterior design but the grounds are amazing. This Malibu estate gets a solid 9/10 from me simply because a lot of the tacky design can be turned stellar with the right furniture a few coats of a diverse paint scheme.

Let’s talk details. 16,000 square feet on 5.3 acres, valued around $20 million, multiple pools, horse stables, and gardens scattered throughout. Seems like a fun lil spot.

Thanks to Dan ( a homes of the rich reader) for the tip.  The mega-mansion is located at 4545 N.E Ocean Blvd on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, FL. The estate totals 50,000 square feet which includes a 13,000 square foot guest house. The home was designed by architect Mitchell Kunik of Affiniti Architects and was built by Turtle Beach Construction Co. It boasts 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a 22-car garage.

A “pimped” townhouse on 81 South Audley Street, Mayfair, London W1, England. Approximately 4,282 sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Plus there are three cloakrooms, toilet, WC’s or half baths. Whatever you wanna call it. “Loved child has many names” as an expression here says.

An elevator from the lower ground floor up to the third floor. The interior is very modern, with many cold colours and a splash or two of warmer ones to create a pretty good style. Perhaps you need a somewhat “special” taste to like the interor.

I think the asking price includes the furniture. For all this you are expected to pay £8,000,000. It was originally listed at 9.5 million, so the price has dropped a bit.

Tony here. I drive by this place about once every 2 weeks on the way to my buddy’s and nearly cause an accident each time. And I’m ok with that.

Not the biggest, not the priciest but it still has just about everything I’d want. Gotta love waterslides and swim up bars with kegerators. Interior isn’t stunning…but it’s not dull either.
