This magnificent 7 bedroom, 7.4 bathroom chateau, which was designed by a French architect, is located in Nikolina Gora, Moscow, Russia. It is listed at $25,000,000, which is quite a deal, considering it was listed for 40 mil. EUR ($56,000,000) six months ago. It is located in one of the most prestigious communities in Rublevka. The entire estate encompasses a total of 34,000 square feet of living space with 19,000 of that making up the main house. The rest of the square footage is spread among a six car garage, quarters for service, security and guest house.
I really love the red brick and all the intricate exterior details. What do you guys think?

I do not like the windows, but it might just be something put on them for protection. If not it is an awful design, and not very French.
I mean the front facade.
i dunno the market in Russia but that seems very overpriced. the lot’s pretty small and is even flush up against some neighbors. pretty nice place though nonetheless.
The living room and dining room look like a palace! I love the grandeur of it, but I think I would downscale the size a bit if I was the owner, otherwise I like those interior pics and the basics of the exterior architecture, but I would want more room outside the building.
