6 bedrooms in a 50,000 sq ft mansion? I don’t believe that, it’s probably more like 10. Sure you didn’t make a mistake there Kenny? Awesome house though, very extravagant.

the 13,000 sq ft guest house itself probably has 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. in 50,000 sq ft there must be at least 10 bedrooms!

The video from the builder states that there are only 4 bedrooms in the main house and 4 more in the guest house. They must be huge bedroom suites. This is one beautiful house.

wow. Yes it is a 50000 square ft. house. 4 bedrooms in the main house. 4 in the guest house. 10 bathrooms in main house. And yes the bedrooms are suites.

I like some elements of the home, but others seem so gaudy!! This house is to over the top for my taste, but their is no denying the amazingness(yes I am aware their is no such word) of the house!

Again, interior is too gaudy for my taste but that can be easily corrected. Exterior is very nice and the structure is unique.

That’s what I heard too. The PDF also mentions that the main house is 50,000, while the guest is 13,000, for a total of 63,000 (even though it only says 50,000 in the grid on the first page).

We have watched this house being built and were wondering what the inside looked like. Thanks for sharing, it is as beautiful inside as it is outside. I would live there in a heart beat. It is stunning with the view I could see myself and lots of family in this house enjoying every minute of it. It would be used lovingly every minute.

Just came back from a week on Hutchinson Island the house is gorgeous and saw the owners driving in their Black/Grey Rolls Royce. I heard it cost $16 million to build not including cost of land. The guest house was built for his mother but she lives in a upscale condo down the street. They are rarely at this house according to people on the island this was the first week in a long time they have seen the owners in town. I saw xmas pictures and it was decorated outside beautifully.

Im staying just about 200 yds from this house at the moment at the Marriot. I am just blown away at its enormity and incredible design. This is certainly the most incredible home Ive ever seen. However, the back view isnt landscaped as beautifully and I expected a dramatic beach access, which there was none.

I think it’s a shame that it sits right across the street from a shopping center. It deserves to be somewhere that suits its majesty. Not just north of the public Jensen Beach.

First of all for all you people that dont no anything about my granddads house. ny the way its my grandads house. it only has 4 bedrooms but they are really big and have walk in closets and bathrooms attachetd to the. the mansion is really skinning actually and is no where near 60,000 sq feet maybe with the mansion and the guest house put together yeah but not the house alone. i go visit my grandad often and the video had nothing to offer about whats inside! so much more that in the basement and guest house. my grandparents said theyre adding a tennis/basketball court so that’ll be intresting

Mel Simon’s & Christel DeHaan’s estates (Indianapolis/Carmel, IN area) estates (50,000+ & 30,000+ sq. ft each) do not have many have many bedroom suites, but they are very large (almost like an apartment) along with a guest house. It isn’t uncommon for mega estates as they entertain a great deal and the scale of the ‘public’ rooms/spaces are very large but they may not entertain overnight guests as much. It is all a matter of how they ‘use’ their home.
