Thanks to Dan ( a homes of the rich reader) for the tip. The mega-mansion is located at 4545 N.E Ocean Blvd on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, FL. The estate totals 50,000 square feet which includes a 13,000 square foot guest house. The home was designed by architect Mitchell Kunik of Affiniti Architects and was built by Turtle Beach Construction Co. It boasts 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a 22-car garage.

the 13,000 sq ft guest house itself probably has 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. in 50,000 sq ft there must be at least 10 bedrooms!
The video from the builder states that there are only 4 bedrooms in the main house and 4 more in the guest house. They must be huge bedroom suites. This is one beautiful house.

I like some elements of the home, but others seem so gaudy!! This house is to over the top for my taste, but their is no denying the amazingness(yes I am aware their is no such word) of the house!

Again, interior is too gaudy for my taste but that can be easily corrected. Exterior is very nice and the structure is unique.

It actually says on the video that it is 60000 square feet, not 50000..
That’s what I heard too. The PDF also mentions that the main house is 50,000, while the guest is 13,000, for a total of 63,000 (even though it only says 50,000 in the grid on the first page).
How much do u think this house is worth? my guess would be at least 50 million

The interior is also stunning despite the fact that contains some gaudy parts.I don’t mind at all… This mansion is the definition of perfection.

We have watched this house being built and were wondering what the inside looked like. Thanks for sharing, it is as beautiful inside as it is outside. I would live there in a heart beat. It is stunning with the view I could see myself and lots of family in this house enjoying every minute of it. It would be used lovingly every minute.

Just came back from a week on Hutchinson Island the house is gorgeous and saw the owners driving in their Black/Grey Rolls Royce. I heard it cost $16 million to build not including cost of land. The guest house was built for his mother but she lives in a upscale condo down the street. They are rarely at this house according to people on the island this was the first week in a long time they have seen the owners in town. I saw xmas pictures and it was decorated outside beautifully.
Does anyone know where I could find floorplans to this house?
Im staying just about 200 yds from this house at the moment at the Marriot. I am just blown away at its enormity and incredible design. This is certainly the most incredible home Ive ever seen. However, the back view isnt landscaped as beautifully and I expected a dramatic beach access, which there was none.
I think it’s a shame that it sits right across the street from a shopping center. It deserves to be somewhere that suits its majesty. Not just north of the public Jensen Beach.
Honestly, I think it is the ugliest, parody of a mansion I have ever seen. Very “Saturday Night Live.”
