It reportedly cost $40 million to build and is over 20,000 square feet. Richard made most of his fortune selling non-standard automobile insurance policies in Florida.

This home was designed by John Henry Architects. The 27,840 square foot mega-mansion is still under construction. It is being built in Altamonte Springs, FL on Lake Brantley. Here is a list of what rooms the home has.

There is also a recreation room and a 1,500+ square foot in-law suite that includes a bedroom/office, living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.
