While the inside is beautiful as well as the home, the location is ignorant.
$16 million and the home has no yard and no driveway and is not on the ocean, and no, the Intracoastal does not count.
If you threw a big party, where would your friends park?
I am sorry, for that kind of money, location matters.
Even the surrounding homes don’t match up to this one.

I’ve driven by this home on numerous occasions (friends live on the street) and I must say it is incredibly impressive, but as it has been said, the home has no lot. Kind of depressing that the master bedroom beds are separate as well.

Also, I don’t really know why an electronic gate is needed to block your garage.

is that the master bedroom?? it seems pretty small for a master. either way, it’s a quick fix to just toss one of the beds and put the other one in the center. kinda funny if it is the master, in that the owner basically announced to everyone that his wife doesn’t want to sleep in the same bed with him.
