Hello again from Michael.
This time I will take you to 5215 Clarendon Crest Street, Bloomfield Township, Michigan. And there we find Cinderella’s Castle! Well, that’s what the estate agent says.
The estate agent writes: Welcome To Cinderella’s Castle! New Construction Designed By Alexander Bogaert And Built By Kassem Construction On 1.55 Acres In Prestigious Clarendon Crest. 2 Story Salon W/ Double Staircase. 2nd Fl. Overlooking The Fam Rm, High Ceilings, 6 Car Garage, 1st Flr And 2nd Flr Master Suites. Gourmet Kitchen Overlooking Fam Rm. Ll W/o W/11 Ft Ceil. Executive Office Suite W/private Entry. Still Time To Make Your Own Decor Selections. Note: C.s.b. 3.5%
So what do you think? Looks presentable. With about 8,000 sq ft perhaps not Cinderella-sized, but with some imagination anything is possible.
The home is listed at $3,250,000 and contains 5 bedrooms and 5.2 bathrooms.
Can someone explain to a non-American what C.s.b. is? I am thinking something with tax.

Looks kinda dull to me.
i can’t access the listing right now cause my work blocks real estate websites (lame) but that front pic looks a lot like Tony Soprano’s house.
They block real estate?? Terrible! Porn and stuff like that I can understand if they block, but the wonderful world of real estate… That’s a reason to find new work
yeah makes zero sense. unless they know that i spend so much time scopin out pads when i should be working but, ironically, they forgot to block this site and i spend most of that time on here!
What are you working with?
Thanks for representing Michigan on here for once. lol
The house is quite imposing and large in real life and is quite beautiful.
Beautiful work inside, I was just in it 2 weeks ago.
The lot and the location I don’t really care for though.
I know the agent Jehan who built it personally.
There is a monster 20,000 plus square foot house not far from it that is for sale for dirt cheap.
CSB= Commission to Selling Broker
Thank you for your help with that.
I have seen lots of interesting houses in Michigan, will probably write about one ore two soon.
I live down the street from this house and have been in the house when the workers have been there. This house is not worth it ALL! you can buy a finished house thats in a better location thats as big for less then half the price here in bloomfield hills. first off, since the house is a spec house and is on a budget, there are 4 workers working on it at a time 5 days a week. so this means that half of the exterior elements are not finished, like the dormers, limestone, etc… and there are no garage doors which caused the slabs to crack. 90% of the limestone exterior is actually made of cast concrete, and the house has NO copper piping, they used pex piping to make a good profit. the home sat in the winter with barely any roof on which caused most of the rafters and truss’s to be soaked with water and warp to create gaps between the soffit and brick wall. the home was designed to have an 8 car garage, (4, 2 car garages 2 garages on each wing) but somewhere in the process they decided to add more living space, so they closed off the garage thats attached to the house on the right, and created a second family room off of the library, on a cold slab. and then they decided to add a 1st floor guest suite that completley made the whole layout of the house akward and confusing. this home’s frame was completly exposed to the elements of michigan’s harsh winter and suffered alot of water damage. and the worst part is that the home is a walkout on a NON walkout site, so everytime it rains in the winter, the basement becomes an indoor “ice rink”. All in all, the home is 10,000 sq. ft. without the 6,000 sq. ft. in garages that make the home look large, in its poor location with views of the back of the nieghbor’s homes due to its basiclly non existant back yard. and if you ask me, for 3.25 million. you expect a real driveway, not a stained stamped concrete driveway that is already cracking after being there for 3 weeks. this home is completely not worth the money, the home btw was also shut down by the city several times for inaddequete permits and violating building codes.
