Picture #1 – This ultra- modern behemoth is located off of Lawrence Farms Crossway in Chappaqua, NY. It looks to be in excess of 18,000 square feet.

Picture #2 – This French inspired estate is located on Chickering Road in Nashville, TN. The home is very elongated and probably looks like an ordinary mansion in the front from the street, but don’t let your eyes fool you. As you can see on bird’s eye view, the home stretches out at least 100 feet back. I would say that the home is 20,000+ square feet.

Picture #3 – This modern mega-mansion is located off of Cobb Road in Water Mill, NY. The home is situated on a huge plot of land that overlooks the water. The estate comes with a tennis court, a swimming pool, and  a dock.

Picture #4 – This massive home is located off of Eileen Drive in Southampton, NY.

Picture #5 – This home is located at 981 Davis Drive in Atlanta, GA. The 7 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom home just went on the market for $12,000,000.

I have been by #5 in Atlanta many times. What I really like about this house is that it does not shout money, money, money. It is beautifuly done and has pure understated elegance. After talking to some freinds in the local realestate bussiness I hear this is one of those rare houses that may sell for near it’s asking price.

Anyone got an extra 12 million I could use?

I love #3, but tennis court in the front lawn? #1 looks huge, could definitely be over 20,000 sqft

#3’s got plenty of shrubs surrounding that court so it’s not going to be a front yard distraction. matter of fact, the place would look a whole lot better if they hired a landscaper but, then again, it may be a brand new construction.

Also is it just a 2 car garage? I would imagine the owners might need more space than that

appears so. guess they’re not avid car collectors. unless, by some slim chance, a lift brings em down to a larger underground garage. what i find interesting is that the structure appears to have 2 main entrances.

I am assuming they have a lift that goes to an underground garage.
With the amount of land they have they might also have a separate garage on the property for more vehicles.
