28,000 sq. ft. for only 4 bedrooms too! i’d LOVE to see the interior of that pad cause it’s going to involve a rather open floorplan…

My High School is right next to the second house.
There is a cross country trail that goes right behind his house and you can see inside the back.

I know of some other mansions in this area that I havent seen on your site. I can take some pictures if you want and send them too you.

This was one of the largest homes built in Milton (spawned in the last few years) and Alpharetta cities. There are potentially 100’s of mansions peppered all around this area. We developed a small, but full, subdivision 10 mins north of this location. After all these years, MS’ Bing hasn’t upgraded the images, neither the Google Map. 18 months of blood and sweat and got zero dollar to show for it — it was back in 2005-2006 when the market began crumbling down. Interestingly, comparing all the million dollar houses we built, I wonder how much this one could have gone for back then.

I was there when they began constructing this particular house, dust and dirt were all you could feast your eyes on. The area has being developed for the last 10 years but took a hard hit starting 2006. I’ve probably visited half the mega mansions in the area in the few years that was I working there. We developed around 6 subdivisions, few fully, others partially, in the area.

Damn real estate; it’s a capricious business. Back in late 2005, almost every large construction and supplying company was fully cognizant of the impending crash. Every single sales rep. was shaking in his/her boot(/high heel) for the executives were about to cut dramatically down on the production and what not — this is late 2005 we are talking about. Fortunately, we managed to sell almost 95% of all the inventory houses with no loss, but no profit either, by the late 2006.

Many ignorant buffoons talk about poor people caused the mess while the scam has been concocted by the Wall Street and their enablers. But that point aside, you should have been in the area where all these “well off” home owners started defaulting on their payments. So it wasn’t just the very low income population who got hit — the defaults came in almost every segment of the society.

P.S. The high school behind the house is the Milton High school and it’s a monster. Very nicely built school and it fits the area adequately. The musical hall is massive.

Brian Littrell of the Backstreet Boys lives on a 63 acre estate on that same road. It is surrounded by high walls and a fence and is completely gated. And is massive with a guest house. You can see his farm house which is on the same side as this guys house. It is reported to be over 15,000 sqft.
