House #1 – (Pictures #1 – 2 ) – This castle, dubbed Dick’s Castle, is located on Dick’s Castle Road in Garrison, NY. The 40,000 square foot home was built In 1903 by a wealthy financier named Evans P. Dick. It is now owned by Lee Balter who is a  former investment banker and the chairman of the Tallix Foundry. He lives in its tower and has converted the rest of it to six condominiums.

Can someone explain to a non-American what C.s.b. is? I am thinking something with tax.
