Look at that foyer!!! That is one of the most beautiful foyers I’ve seen in a Potomac home. This newly built mega mansion was first listed back in late July. Then, for some odd reason, it was taken off the market after a few weeks. The home is located at 10501 Chapel Road in Potomac, MD. It was designed by renowned architect Jon Neufeld and consists of over 25,000 square feet of pure luxurious living space. It is on the market for a cool $15,000,000, which makes it the current most expensive home on the market in Potomac. The home consists of 8 bedrooms, 10 full and 4 half bathrooms, a grand salon with 18 ft. ceilings, 2 dining rooms, 3 kitchens, a home theater, an indoor pool with spa, staff quarters, and much much more.

haha I’m glad you asked. Well, the son’s owner emailed me and demanded that I take them down. He was really nice though and was talking to me about what its like living in a house like that. Also, a representative from Landry Design contacted me and asked me to take them down as well. The owner’s son said that since they are still living in it, it is unsafe for the plans to be online.

Cant help ya with a walk through I have walked it a few times over the past year, a little over the top gaudy (sp?) if you ask me. A lot of really nice old traditional homes in that part of the country.

nice. the only thing I don’t like about it is that there isn’t a great room beyond the foyer, it just ends. yeah, it seems over the top. I wouldn’t mind it though =). Yeah, I love the Potomac area.
