It is nice to see a mansion built like this. SO MANY mansions are built to "look like mansions". I'm getting so tired of people trying to come off as some sort of 17th century prince. This home is in Southern California. The style is perfect for the area. Its furnished for the style (rougher dark woods, simple lines on the interior, less frills). The mexi-mediteranean style is a taste that, I believe, is misunderstood by people conditioned into thinking that "Cribs" is the authority of lifestyle. This is my favorite home in that area. Its rare to fine a house of 30000sqf that does not have all the tacky, generic, ostentatious finishings that 30000sqf homes are expected to have. I think this home is pure class -although the size and location kind of counter act that. Definitely one of my favorite homes within that price point. This is a really beautiful house.
