This unique 30,000+ square foot mega mansion is located at 2695 chemin Dutour, Montréal, QC H9C. It is one of the largest homes in Quebec. The mansion was built in 2001 and contains 7 bedrooms, 8.1 bathrooms, 30 ft high ceilings, an indoor pool, and two complete two bedroom condominiums flank the main entrance for staff or intergenerational occupancy. This home definitely has a unique layout to it and is not as high end as some of the other 30,000 square foot mega mansions showcased on Homes of the Rich. However, the foyer is quite exceptional. What do you guys think?

This would make a really swell clubhouse. As a home, it fails. And why are so many homes in Canada so cold and grey looking?
i agree. a mansion this size should have a balance between homely and “clubhouse”, depending on which room/area and the respective functions they serve. obviously to each his own but i personally wouldn’t wanna walk through my front door and feel like i just entered a shopping mall.

Exterior is bland but the interior is pretty nice as far as I’m concerned, seems like an actually enjoyable house instead of a showcase home.
i used to live across the street from this house and a family from texas used to live there,they were awesome people,and they used limos to get to places.me and the girl would always go to this amusement park that is located in downtown montreal.they moved back to america
