Eddie Murphy has re-listed his Englewood, NJ mansion for $15.9 million. The home was originally on the market for a staggering $30 million. It was then lowered to $19.5 million. The estate, which is known as Bubble Hill, is located on Johnson Avenue. The all-brick Georgian-style Colonial has seven bedrooms, nine full and four half baths. Within the stunning 25,000 square foot floor plan is an indoor pool, bowling alley, racquetball court, Art Deco theatre with lobby and professional recording studio. This spectacular home also features a 5 car garage, professional gym, tennis court and children’s playground.

Not living in the northeast I was ignorant how close Englewood is to NYC. I guess Eddie Murphy is not spending enough time on the East Coast to warrant a 25,000sqft mansion? His Beverly Park mansion is 45,000sqft so just a shack by comparison anyhow.
Still the nicest shack I ever saw…I really like the indoor pool and the windows/doors with the patio(s) right outside. NICE!!!
