A look at some Mansions – 10

Pictures #1,2 – A loyal reader of mine just brought this mega-mansion to my attention. It is situated on a massive plot of land that includes a gate house, a main house, a swimming pool with pool house, and a massive private lake. The home is located on Wastler Road in Brookville, OH.

Picture #3 – This mediterranean style mega-mansion is being contsructed on S Ocean Blvd in Manalapan, FL. It features a swimming pool with pool house and a raised circular driveway that leads to the front of the house.

Pictures #4,5 – This tudor style mega-mansion is located at 6100 Winkler Mill Road in Rochester, MI. The  30,000+ square foot home contains 8 bedrooms, 13.5 bathrooms, a massive 2-story attached garage, a solarium, and a swimming pool with pool house.

Picture #6 - This modern gated mega-mansion is located at 2540 Silver Bell Road in Rochester, MI. It contains 7 bedrooms, 14.5 bathrooms, a man=mad lake, a circular driveway, and a odd shaped swimming pool. It is valued at $8,042,660.

Picture #7 – This massive french colonial is located at 5365 Brewster Road in Rochester, MI. The 23,511 square foot mega-mansion has 6 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a motor court, a circular fountain, a huge front yard, and a putting green. The home is valued at $4,176,000.

Picture #8 – This beautiful French Chateau style mega-mansion is located on Orchard Ridge Drive in Rochester, MI. The home has a 6-car garage and a swimming pool with pool house. It was designed by renowned Dominick Tringali Architects.

Location: 3040 W Ruby Hill Drive, Pleasanton, CA
Homeowner: Patrick and Deborah Neal. (Patrick is a real estate developer)
The family is selling their newly built 14,586 square foot mansion for $10,000,000.

Location: Capstick Road, Montville, NJ
Homeowners: Salvatore and Lisa Lobiondo (Sal is a managing director at Zolfo Cooper)
Their daughter, Gina, showed MTV the house which includes an impressive foyer with floating staircase, a home theater with concession stand, and a swimming pool with a built in 60 ft. long waterslide.

Homeowner: David Ford ( owner of Ford David M Law Offices)
His son Cody showed MTV the house, which included a huge 2-story family room, a game room, a gym, and a massive detached indoor basketball court complete with rock climbing wall.

Location: Forest Hill Irene Road, Germantown, TN
Homeowner: Nancy (in the metal industry )
Her son and daughter showed MTV the house. It included a home theater, an elevator, a game room, a swimming pool, a horse stable with riding arena, and a private lake. The house was designed by Shapiro and Company.

Location: 9 Brooke Lane, South Barrington, IL
Homeowner: Christine Elias and her husband, who is a real estate developer
His daughter showed MTV the house. The home is currently on the market for $8,900,000 and contains 11,388 square feet on 1.3 acres. The 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom mansion contains a gourmet kitchen with two islands, a library, touch screen controls in every room, a cabana with grill, a custom bar, a massage room and nail salon, a hot tub, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.

Siblings Jamen (15) and Katelin (18) Najjar showed off their massive palace like mansion in a 30 minute segment on Teen Cribs. Their father, Lee Najjar, is a real estate tycoon and was reported to be Kim’s “Big Poppa” on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The home is located at 490 W Paces Ferry Road NW in Atlanta, GA. The home has a massive foyer with grand sweeping staircase, a huge ballroom, a gourmet kitchen with adjoining breakfast room, numerous bedrooms suites, a recording studio, an amazing home theater with a wrought iron door, a swimming pool, a tanning bed room, a game room with ping pong table, a gentleman’s pub, a beauty and nail salon, a massage room, a moroccan room, a massive pool house, a basketball court, and an outdoor hibachi grill.

London's Most Expensive House

10 Belgrave Square just hit the market for a cool 100 million euros (or $150 million). The mansion is London’s most expensive house and is now tied as the most expensive home on the market in the world; tied with Candy Spelling’s Holmby Hills mega-mansion. If I had this much money, I would definitely buy “The Manor”, becuase it has three times the square footage. The home, which is located on one of London’s most prestigious square, contains 21,000 square feet of living space spread out over 6 floors. The home was regutted by Lebanese developer, Musa Salem. The home has 12 bedrooms, 20 ft. ceilings, an indoor swimming pool in the basement, a gym, a home theater, and much much more.
