This amazing French chateau style mega-mansion is being built by Sky Development. It is located on the corner of Old Quarry Road and Buckingham Drive.
This is one of my favorite homes in Alpine. The home is on the market for $16,500,000 (up from $15.975 million just 2 days ago) and was built by Richard Stabile. The Castle like mansion contains over 14,000 square feet of luxurious living space that includes 7 bedrooms 9.2 bathrooms, a 4-car garage, and amazing columns and terraces.

This is a view (not a very good one) of the massive 32,000 square foot, $52 million mega-mansion being built by Richard Kurtz. I first visited this home during the first month of construction. I toured the inside and it was absolutely huge! I would love to see the inside of the home now that it is almost finshed. The mansion has a large brick wall surrounding the property and is located off of Closter Dock Road. This is what my perfect dream home would like.

This massive home is being built on Rio Vista Drive. It is owned by Avi Tahari whose brother Elie Tahari co-created the Theory fashion brand. The home contains 15,000 square feet of living space on the 1st and 2nd floors and additional square footage in the lower level. Avi bought the home for $4.2 million after it had been sitting unfinished for years. Avi is putting millions more into it. The home was built by Roundhill Construction of Connecticut.

Today, I went with my mom and sister to Alpine, NJ. We went to 2 open houses. The first one was listed at $5,900,000 and the second at $5,850,000. They both had a little over 10,000 square feet. The 2nd open house was located in the prestigious Rio Vista section of Alpine that contains a 60,000 square foot mega-mansion as well as Wesley Snipes’ house. We then drove up and down the streets in Alpine and took pictures of the amazing homes being built.

Thanks! Yeah, the pictures are from my recent trip. I asked the realtor if she could show me around the house, but she said the builder doesn’t want anyone inside.
