Lennon Ledbetter is currently involved in Quixtar, a multi-level marketing company and is the founder of Teambuilders, in which he helps to motivate people and help strive for success. I guess that all that hard work payed off and now he is living the dream! The home belonged to noted attorney Keith Barton. Keith had put it on the market for a cool $14.9 million. There were no interested buyers and so the home went into foreclosure. The bank later auctioned off the house and it sold to Lennon for the paltry price of $7 million, considering that the home’s value hovers around the $20 million mark. The magnificent and stately mansion, especially by Utah standards, comes complete with exquisite craftsmanship and a grand spacious floorplan. The 7 bedroom, 13 bathroom home contains a grand foyer with curved staircase, numerous chandeliers throughout, a music room, a massive 2-story great room with floor to ceiling windows, a grand ballroom, dining room with gold leaf trim, gourmet kitchen with separate catering kitchen and pantry, family room, 2-story library with spiral staircase, a barber shop, a lounge, an ice cream parlor, a home theater, and a swimming pool.

The interior is realitively well done, Why did they have to make the exterior so ordinary and common?

It looks sort of like they ran out of money while furnishing it. The rooms are WAY too large for the pathetic little amount of furniture or pieces within most of them. That master bedroom (?) is especially horrible! I really like the last picture that shows the view from the back of the house.

This home really is incredible! Got to stay the night there with several friends! The grounds around the home are especially beautiful. If you give him a heads-up he may allow you to see it in person when you’re in the area!

Where is this located in Utah? And do you know how we would get in contact with him if we would like to see it in person?

Believe me they didn’t run out of money and it’s furnished a lot more than the photos’ exhibit. I worked for the architect that designed this home and had the privilege of meeting Lennon. He’s probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and yes he would allow you to come see the home and take a tour. The pictures really don’t do it justice you need to see it in person

He actually bought it fully furnished. There were eight (8) full living room sets just in the living room. Looked like a hotel. Matter of fact I told him that it looked like it had three home furnishings piled into one house. He’s cleaned it out so it would be ready for the next family that moved in. And the outside is definitely not plain. You can’t see the details, but it’s gorgeous. There are many more rooms and better pictures of the house too, and it’s closer to 26,000 than 25,000. Took one guy two years, 8 hours a day just to do the detailed work in the entry.

It is a beautiful home. I personally installed all of the cabinets except for the den, master and soda bar. We built and installed all of the other cabinets including that gorgeous bar in the basement. I spent several years running all of the Enkeboll crown and other hand carved moldings in the kitchen/family room as well as many more rooms with custom cabinets. Beautiful home. Tragic loss for the previous owners and exceptional buy for Mr. Ledbetter!

I had the pleasure of doing some work in this house before the new owner moved in. It was incredible to get to see the entirety of the home, there were parts that were absolutely breathtaking. Loved the layout and design choices. $7m was definitely a deal imo.
