Cantell – sorry but I’m going to have to call your bluff on the claim to be living in one of the largest homes in Buckhead. Perhaps you do, but as part of the live-in staff…….because as for my personal experience, anyone living in one of the largest private homes in Buckhead is going to have better grammar and spelling skills than what you are exhibiting. If you have something to say, just say it but don’t embellish fiction into truth.

Now, it’s time for you to turn off the TV, exit your fantasy world and get back to cleaning the bathrooms in the big house.

i am sorry but you are a complete idiot. that house in no way has any class. i have lived in buckhead my whole life and currently live on one of the largest private residence in the heart of buckhead. That house is huge and cheesy. just look at the driveway. i am sure his son will be successfull but not because of anything he has done, anthing he does is purely because his father set him up, you really thing if his dad didnt have that money he would be friends with brody jenner, dallas austin, etc. You sound like a dumb real housewife of atlanta just like the ones on the show. You are sold on the house because all you see is $$$$ signs, that house is the farthest thing from CLASS. I have visited the most pristigious homes in atlanta and this is in no way one of them. just rediciculous and big, who needs a beauty salon in thier house, give me a break. I do agree it is def over 10 mil but there are several estates in buckhead valued at over 25mil. again you are a complete idiot. thanks
i would take or say that arthur blanks house is by far more awesome and classy than this house, not to mention blank could buy him 10 times over without breaking a sweat.

I have been to this home and I am a good friend of the Najjar family.

I live in a 9,000 square feet home and I know a nicely decorated home. The home is beautiful, and anyone saying it’s tacky is an idiot. I was just there yesterday and it was pristine, clean, and safe like always. There are multiple bodyguards and a gate to keep people like you creeps out.

Anyone who is putting down the children of this familly does not know that Lee’s children are very smart, especially Jamen who is a true businessman, just wait to see his sucess.

I can guarantee the home is above the $10,000,000 range. Anyone who is saying $3,000,000 needs to observe the land it’s on, the decor, and the quality of the build.

The Fulton County appraiser info was listing from the old house info. This is a new house and had not been updated on their site yet.

This house is definitely in the $10+MM range.

Typically in GA due to litigation involving Jenny Pruitt Realty back in the early 90’s. Realtors cannot quote square footage in the state of Georgia. The landmark lawsuit was over 175 million dollars by a doctor and his wife. They were quoted 7,500 sq ft when during closing their attornies researched it and there was only 5,700 sq ft even though the house the way it was designed looked bigger because of the basements size and huge 12 ft ceilings. Needless to say the couple won and the listing agent lost her job.

Typical deal. Guy builds an enormous house and has no idea how to makle it look like a home. If you really look around, there is hardly any furniture in the house and what is there is the typical gaudy, gilded heavy furniture all rich people seem to think looks special. Looks more like a hotel than home.
