This impressive and palace sized mega-mansion is located at 11177 Eagle View Drive in Sandy, UT. This has to be one of my favorite homes posted on my website. The mansion, dubbed Villa Bellissima, is owned by James Jensen who owns St. James Energy. The home was designed by Beech Walker Architects and consists of 32,000 square feet of pure luxury. The home has is surrounded by a beautiful wrought iron gate and has amazing views of the mountains. It is located on 4.5 acres of land and cost a reported $6,750,000 to build. I would love to see interior photos of this home. If anyone knows where I could get some, please email me.

This gorgeous colonial mega-mansion was designed by Beecher Walker Architects. It is located on Hidden Ridge Circle in Bountiful, UT. The home measures in at 28,000 square feet and is situated on 6 acres of land. The home cost a reported $5,750,000 to build.

This mega-mansion is located on Oakhill Drive in Holladay, UT. The home has been cited to have between 28,000 and 35,000 square feet. It is owned by insurance magnate Ronald Gunnell. He put the house on the market for $29 million back in 2005 and later lowered it to a still wallet crunching $19 million. His family and him found the house to be too big and wanted to downsize to a more “modest” 10,000 square feet. The mansion is situated on an expansive 22 acres and includes 5 bedrooms, a two-story library, a game room, a home theater, a pond, a tennis court, and a swimming pool.

The late producer’s 123 room mega-mansion, The Manor, has finally hit the market. The price? A jaw dropping $150 million. Candy Spelling was rumored to have listed it in 2006 for the same price. The 56,500 square foot behemoth is now the most expensive home on the market in the United States and has beat out Fleur de Lys. The home has a massive foyer with 30 ft. ceilings and a double staircase, 12+ bedrooms, 23 or 26 bathrooms (Candy can’t remember, lol.), a bowling alley, wine cellar, gym, doll room, gift wrapping room, a humidity controlled silver storage room, china room, home theater, library, a 17,000 square foot attic with barber shop and beauty salon, and many many other rooms. The home also has a separate wing that houses 7 bedrooms, a kitchen, five fireplaces, and four bars just for the staff. The grounds of the home include a tennis court, swimming pool with pool house, formal gardens, a reflection pool, a 16-car garge, and a motor court that can amazingly accommodate 100 cars. I think that Candy will have an extremely hard time selling this monstrosity in this horrible economy. During a CBS interview, Candy said that she never planned for the house to be so large and that they eliminated a whole wing of the house during the design stage. So what Candy is saying is that this house would have been even larger! That is simply crazy.

Marc Ecko and his wife Allison live in this 30,000 square foot castle located on Claremont Road in Bernardsville, NJ. Marc is the founder of Marc Ecko Enterprises which sells hip hop and graffiti style clothing, watches, and other accessories. The home used to be owned by former U.S Senator and founder of Prudential Insurance Company John Dryden. The home, named Stronghold, has 8 bedrooms and 4 kitchens and is spread out on over 30 acres of land. The home also has a huge 2-story solarium with floor to ceiling glass windows. Marc and his wife bought this monstrosity in 2005 for $7.4 million. They spent an incredible $21.8 million to customize the home to their needs and likes. Now, Marc is in some financial trouble and owes millions of dollars. Hopefully he pulls through and finally finishes construction on that castle of his. I drove past his home before and I have to say that it is very impressive and grand.

There have a been string of multi-million dollar real estate auctions across the country over the past few years and this is the latest. The 14,600 square foot mansion was just recently built and features 8 bedrooms and 10 full and 3 half bathrooms. The large rooms combined with the open floorplan make this home a true standout. Paul Merage is the former CEO and co-founder of Chef America Inc. He is famously known for inventing the Hot Pocket. Who would of thought that inventing a frozen food could get you a home like this. Paul had a net worth of $550 million in 2002. The home is located on Pelican Crest Ridge in Newport Beach, CA. It is located in a gated community filled with multi million dollar homes. All the homes are easiliy 6,000+ square feet. When looking at the second picture, you can get an understanding of how massive this home is. It is located on a huge lot and has a private gated entrance, a guest house, a tennis court, 4-car garage, and a swimming pool with pool house. I love the Mediterranean style of the home as well as the lush landscaping. I would love to see the inside of this magnificent home. If anyone knows where I could find more pictures of this home or has any info on the architect or builder, then please email me.
