I did a post on this home a while back and now here is a video on it. The home is listed at $21.995 million and contains close to 20,000 square feet of living space. It contains 7 bedrooms, 9.3 bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, and an indoor basketball/squash court.

The video on this mansion was filmed for LXTV. I did a post on this home a while back. It is listed at $9,500,000 and includes 6 bedrooms and 8.2 bathrooms. The mansion measures 13,465 square feet and includes a ballroom, a Clive Christian kitchen, and a two-story library.

David Niroo's Potomac Mansion

David Niroo is the owner of Niroo Construction, which builds luxury homes in the Potomac area. This beautiful home contains the finest materials around and has a lot of French influences. This is the mega-mansion of Nets superstar Vince Carter. His home is located on Blanche Cove Drive in the gated community of Isleworth in Windermere, Florida. The mansion is one of the largest in the community at about 35,000 square feet.


This 31,583 square foot mega-mansion is located at 9912 Lake Louise Drive in Windermere, Florida right next to John Ruggieri’s house. The 13 bedroom, 9 bathroom home is owned by Richard Ullman.


This 15,000+ square fooot French Provincial style mega-mansion is located on Lake Louise Drive in Windermere, Florida. It is owned by John Ruggieri who is a property investor.



This is the mansion of South Florida entrepreneur Nathan Finkel. He is currently selling his home for $15.9 million. The home is the largest in Broward County at over 125,000 square feet including the barn and stables. The mansion is located on Hancock Road in Sunshine Ranches, Florida.

The mansion has a market value of $60 million and Michael Jackson once offered $75 million to buy it. The home took seven years to design and build and is one of the most expensive homes ever erected by a private owner in Central Florida. It contains imported marble from Spain and Italy as well as a $22,000 elevator.
