This is the former home of record producer and song writer Jimmy Jam. It is located at 5800 Hardscrabble Circle, Minnetrista, MN. It has 24,000 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 5+ bathrooms. It has both indoor and outdoor pools. The home sold for $7,000,000 on June 14th, 2007.






This is the home of Tommy Bagwell. Tommy is the CEO of American Proteins, Inc. He lives here with his wife and two children. The home has 20,000 square feet of living space. It has 9 bedrooms including a master with a huge 25 ft. in diameter circular bathroom. The home is located on Holland Drive in Cumming, GA.

This huge mega-mansion belongs to lawyer and investor Alvin Malnik. The home measures in at a mind blowing 61,946 square feet and is located on N Ocean Blvd in Ocean Ridge, Florida.

These are artist renderings of two proposed mansions that are going to be built at “The Estates of Valhalla. I did a post on this development of mansions a while back. The Estates at Valhalla is a development of a dozen or so houses located in Montville, NJ. The development will hold 27 estate homes when all homes are completed. These homes shown above are two of 4 that are slated for construction. They have both very similar floorplans and both include a wonderful two-story library. The builder of these homes is developer Larry Gage who owns Gage Organization.

This 12,000+ sq.ft. mansion was recently on the market for somewhere between $3 and $4 million. It contains a double bridal staircase, 2 tw0 car garages, and a swimming pool. This home is located on Franklin Lake Road.


This gated colonial mansion is located on Franklin Lake Road and contains an indoor pool.

This newly built mansion is located on Bayberry Drive and is one of a dozen or so recently completed homes in the Franklin Lakes area.


This gorgeous French Colonial style mega-mansion is located on Lynn Drive. It comes complete with 4 turrets, a 3-car garage with balcony, and a swimming pool.


This mega-mansion is under construction on Tortoise Lane. The owners of this home knocked down a home that was a tenth the size of this one.


These 8 large mansions are located on Garden Court in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Three of these homes are currently on the market and are absolutely amazing.

MTV has started a new series following the success of MTV Cribs. MTV Cribs gave you a peek inside of celebrity homes. This time, rich teens show off their amazing cribs they live in and all the cool amenities inside of them. From 2-story home theaters to nightclubs, these kids have homes that rival the top celebrities.

The first home is the home of entrepreneur Scott. A. Jones, who created voicemail. I did a post on his house a while back. His oldest son gives us a 10 minute + tour of his insane crib.
