The Broncos’ Head Coach, Mike Shanahan and his wife Peggy, sold their Cherry Hills Village mansion for $16 million. The home included 19,375 square feet 7 bedrooms and 10 baths.The home is located at 20 Cherry Hills Park Drive. Mike Shanahan reportedly makes $5 million a year from coaching. He just pocketed 5 years worth of salary. Now, Mike and his wife are putting that money into an even bigger project. They are planning to build an even larger home that is just a stone’s throw away from the one they just sold. The home is going to take a year to construct and is going to be 34,927 square feet. The home is going to include numerous amenities and will be perfect for enterataining the Broncos players. The main floor will include two offices, a gallery, a music and living room, a gathering room, a dining room, a conservatory, a kid’s arcade / playroom, a master bedroom, and a guest bedroom. The lower level is an entertainment paradise. It will consist of a two lane bowling alley, a lounge, a poker room, a video-golf room, an indoor racquetball court, a shuffleboard table, and 4 bedrooms.
