How could anyone live comfortably in something like that? Huge, garish, showy and repulsive.

Can you imagine the staff it would take for upkeep? Vugar to the max.

I agree with you. Even though it would be fun to have all those amenities, the house is just too big to function. You would need endless staff just to help with the upkeep and it would cost too much.

It doesn’t look warm and inviting, because the rooms are just too big. Also it would be better for a huge family and not two people. My limit on a house would be 30,000 square feet.

I love the house. I don’t think I could live in a house that size, I think my actual limit would be closer to about 6 or 7,000 sq. ft. but it is still one of the most magnificant houses I have ever seen.

This is like the Spelling Home in Holmby Hills. I worked there for a spell and the size of the rooms are way out out proportion to the ability to furnish them without looking like a hotel lobby.

Same for this home. The scale is all wrong to be livable. Well at least in my judgement. But then, I’m poor and have no experience with the ewalthy.

i agree with you. the rooms are just to big to be comfortable and look more like rooms that would be in a hotel. No matter how much furniture you put in the rooms it doesn’t help. The sheer volume of each room would probably make your voice echo.

I think that the rooms were decorated great!Ialso think it looks very cozy and inviting. Besides there are different areas of the house not just one large room like you think it is, and comparing it to a hotel. You don’t think that hotels can be comfortable, well I have seen plenty of comfortable and cozy hotels.

I live in the same city as this mega-mansion and drove by the gate. Its CRAZY…it has all these signs that say “you are on camera” “private property KEEP OUT” and the gate looks like a military fortress.

Wow!!What a mansion!!!72 acres in CO and 50.000 sq.foot for only 22 $million? That’s looks quite a steal.I mean, imagine, if this mansion ,with the same sq.foot and acres, was about to sold in Beverly Hills how much would had cost!!!200 $million???Who knows…

This estate contains full privacy and excellent amenities! It’s in your hand to live comfortably. The rooms are decorated very well, brilliantly I would like to add. Also, this estate is offered for parties and philanthropic galas-events.

The basic reason I like this house is the magnificent decoration in the rooms, which makes them inviting and warm.Rarely you can see tasteful interior in such a huge house. What a FANTASTIC work!!!BRAVO!!!!

Would say that this house is not a house, mansion yes. You would need a handful of servants to maintain the amenities. It’s a beauty. If I’ll be living in that kind of house I would bring the whole family, distant and close family. Even my friends. LOL.

This is a jaw-dropping place. Comparing my house to this, surely my place will be just as big as its bathroom. (LOL) It’s breathtaking. Would love to live at this kind of place someday.

I love big houses alot specially mansions. I wish I could own this one. The only way i’ll ever be able to get this house is, by hitting the jackpot. I noticed that they reduced the price from $22,000,000 to $19.5.

I like this mansion I wish it was mine this is one of my dream homes in Parker, CO 80134-80138 what I dont like of this mansion is that it has 9 bedrooms, 9 baths, 50,397 square feet, and 16 car garage. Because if I had mansion I would like my mansion to have up to 88,000 to 90,000 square feet, and 25 to 28 bedrooms and 38 baths and 24 car garage. And if I had a house I would like my house to have up to 10 bedrooms, 10 to 11 baths, 12 car garage, and 25,000 to 30,000 square feet. And I live in Parker, CO 80134-80138.

The electric bill on this house is DISGUSTING.

If you CAREFULLY read the estate contains 2 generators that hold
THOUSANDS of gallons of fuel. It is capable of running the compound
SEVERAL weeks in the winter or summer extremes !

EACH generator is 2,000Kw… HA, OMG. Jesus..

This is a double redundant system… this tells us 1 amazing fact
This Estate eats up 1.4MW and probably peaks at 1.85 Under load
with guests and visitors and conventions in the winter or summer.

Let me give you the MATH. In alabama Electricity costs 12 cents per kwh

    at 1.4 megawatts LOL thats 1400 kwh… or 1400 x 12 cents PER HOUR…
EACH HOUR.. !! ! !! !! !! LOL 168 dollars an hr in ELECTRICITY and for BIG fund raisers and a full house and a full kitchen and hundreds of guests.. 1.85 megawatts… or 222 dollars an hr.. just to power the place

Let me give it to you another way.. 4 megawatts is the power behind many commercial jets !!! LOL You could fly 300 people to chicago LOL.. or you could run your house LOL
