Too bad that a very beautiful house be caught up by fire. But still, the good thing is that no person was hurt. Those living in the said house are more important than the building where they reside.

The interior is amazing and well designed. But that gothic exterior is scary…It reminds me a horror movie mansion…

Furthermore, you are in USA, not Europe. In Europe there are located some of the ugliest and most frightening castles you will see.So, it would have been better if you had bought a castle in Germany or France, rather than Johnson City,TN…

I know the “European” Architect that designed this home. The original renderings of the home are very beautiful and not what you see now. The house is more like 8,000+ sq feet and not 20,000 sq feet. I have seen some 20,000 square feet homes and this most certainly is not one of them. The garage cannot be counted as finished square footage. The “indoor basketball court” is a prefab metal building and like the garage should not be counted as finished square footage. This house is not worth anywhere near $20 mil, who would want a “luxury mansion” that looks across the water to trashy house boats and trailers. For this home to be listed for sale @ $20 million is the most ridiculous part of it all.
